Bio
Kastbye is a progressive band that has its roots in the genres of jazz, funk, soul and pop.
Kastbye started as a project in 2019, where founders Torben Kastbjerg and Carsten Overbye wanted to create an exciting new music universe. The name Kastbye also comes from the two's last names. It was all spliced together.
Later in the process, Line Riiskjær Høi joined on vocals and Henrik Vinter Billeschou on guitar.
In April 2026, Torben decided to try other projects and therefore newest member Günther Andersen joined on drums.
